dhevi.in functions as an editorial digital lookbook showcasing curated fashion available at our Kodambakkam, Chennai store. The display of garments does not constitute a binding transactional checkout on the website.
2. Product Availability & Dynamic Inventory
Because DHEVI handles high retail footfall and fast-rotating collections, items displayed in lookbooks are subject to store stock availability. Final confirmation of size, color, and price is provided directly by our sales staff upon inquiry.
3. Screen Color & Fabric Variance Disclaimer
We make every reasonable effort to display garment colors with true photographic fidelity. However, due to variations in mobile displays, monitor calibrations, and the natural characteristics of handloom dyes, minor shade variations between screen previews and physical garments may occur.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the website or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
